Yes.

1) Go to your profile.
2) Click on the About Me section.
3) Select SetUp
4) Click on Forms
5) Then type in the name of the user
6) Click on Save User
7) Click on the Save box and check mark OK.
8) Open the tab at the top All Users.
9) Then open Forum Notifications
10) Select Notify of all posts
11) Save that setting
12) Double check your setting in your profile
13) Test your modification by looking for one of their posts in the users bin.
14) Review your users bin
15) Complete
