Is there any wireless webaccess/ Satellite TV for a Degenerate?

Just wondering if there was any type of wireless "thing" to browse the web with while out and about? What about any type of wireless device that has satellite TV access for those times Im away from the house and want to catch the game? I know im probably about 4 yrs ahead of technology, but id love to have something like the aforementioned.........

AT&T GSM phones can browse the web and link to a computer so you can browse on the computer. Starts to get pricey when you're browsing on a computer because the MBs downloaded are considerably more than through the WAP (phone alone). Not sure about the other cell companies, but ATT also has (in my opinion) the best rates for voice.
