DELTONA, Fla. (AP) -- An angry Deltona father whacked his teenage daughter's boyfriend with a metal pipe after finding the boy naked in his daughter's room.

Authorities say Raul Colon, 45, didn't even know his daughter had a boyfriend or that the youngster had been sneaking into the home for more than a year.


Colon's daughter later told deputies she had been seeing Contreres for 18 months but did not tell her father about the relationship. Contreres had sneaked in through a bedroom window at 3 a.m. Thursday to have sex with her, the 15-year-old girl told deputies.

When he heard noises coming from his daughter's bedroom Thursday morning and saw a stranger standing naked on the girl's bed, he swung a metal pipe. He then chased the teen out the front door and called police.
Contreres was found at Florida Hospital Fish Memorial in Orange City where he received staples to close cuts on his head. His injuries were not life-threatening, deputies said.
Colon was charged with aggravated battery on a child and bonded out on $10,000.

Well lets face it as men we all would want to kill that s o b. In many cases forgetting how and what we may have done at 15. So a deal I believe will be made. Pay for Doctor bill and a fine around 2500 grand. Problem he has is the noise if one of pleasure. Or was she yelling your killing me. Sounds like it was pleasure. But we fathers all know how dad feals. By the way back to the noise. Did Dad have a fealing about this that he brought a pipe with him?

seriously, I don't think he should have been beaten to death, but what is your opinion here with just the information that has been given in this little article?

I've heard some "pleasure" noises before where I just knew there was a girl being murdered. As a father of a teenage girl, I can't say I wouldn't have burst in the room as well and started swinging with whatever I had if I saw a naked man standing over her. I would hope I would have been more in touch and know my daughter has a bf this long, but I'm sure we all his stuff from our parents at that age.

I think the only problem he might have is where was this pipe he picked up and used.
