my record on cash-out decisions is 0-for-216. if i cash out, the bet ends up winning. if i don't, it loses.
the jacksonville st coaching staff seems determined to lose this game. i wouldn't be surprised if they put wimsatt in at qb and let him throw every down.
that said, we've all seen a million games where the 2nd half looks completely different than the first half. and the gamecocks ARE the better team.
personally, i'm going down with the sinking ship. yup, i know they're going to lose. but i'm recording the 2nd half and watching in the AM. if it's anything like the first half, i'll get through it in 10 minutes. i'd rather deal with the stress in the morning.
Nice work, that was a stressor what i saw before i nodded off. Flea flicker from the 7 yard was an instant classic heart attack!

anybody else notice what jacksonville state did on their winning drive? ten runs. zero passes.
football ain't fucking hard. in fact, it's a simple game that is made far too complex by coaches who want to prove how smart they are.
oh, one last note about their dumb, dumb coaching staff... the head coach getting himself a 15-yard penalty for arguing what was, in fact, a good no-call was really just the icing on the cake.
oh, rocky? i haven't seen a response re: columbia. if you haven't eaten there, do yourself a favor. tell 'em smitty sent you. they'll look at you funny because they won't know what the hell you're talking about. but tell 'em anyway. then enjoy a good laugh and a wonderful meal.
