So the Bears are coming off of a short week, emotional win over their biggest rival, and going on the road to face a decent team that played horribly last week. Coughlin surely tore them a few new ones in practice this week, so I don't think Chicago is going to get another 18 penalties called on the Giants. Huge chance of a let-down game for Chi, and a bounceback for the G-Men. I would probably bet on NYG -7, but since 65% are still on Bears, I will gladly take NYG -3.5 all day...
