but the end is near.

1-3 inches of snow predicted overnight and tomorrow.

Bread, milk and water have been purchased in large amounts. I have no snow shovel so I'll be snowed in for sure.

I may try to get out to the mailbox but may get swallowed up by a snow drift.

Please, pray for us in East Tennessee.

Almost Nationals time for you, isn't it? Rolled the city tourney last week--its was a disaster..didn't break 200 in any of the 9 games...ouch.

State isn't until March 31-April 1 and Nationals in Mid May, so plenty of time to get even worse for those tourneys....

1-3 inches of snow? That's not even a storm around here. That's just a nuisance. Pain in the ass when you get up every morning and have an inch in the driveway. Gotta shovel because it freezes and makes ruts. I'm moving South.

Hi redsfann. Good to hear from you.

I bowl Nationals April 4th and 5th. Going to Carmel and Monterey after that for a few days.

Shot 258-248-269 for a 775 last Thursday! World record for me. Of course I realize that all I basically have to do is crank it and throw it down the right some where but you still have to carry that damn 10 pin. Worked out bracket wise as you can imagine.

Get to practicing for your tourney in May. I'll check in when I get back to give you an update on the lane conditions. Probably deep inside as usual.

Barely a dusting! They call school(last night in anticipation of the so called blizzard), the kids get up expecting at least some form of collection and..............NOTHING!!!!

I can hear the weather guys now spinning the icy road conditions now that they blew the snow forecast.

I know, "Better safe than sorry"....horse crap! How about getting a forecast right for once!

Worst weathermen in the U.S. period! Get the kids all jacked up, they tell the schools, 'You better close down!"..a freaking dusting is all we got!

At least I have lots of bread and water! :mj07:

Let me get going to work early. You know, with the snow and all.

736 is best I've ever done, and it was consistant like your series was--256-245-235.

Only off by a couple of months on your Nationals trip...LMFAO!


The boyz want to start practicing for Reno in MARCH this year....there is a house here in town that puts down the patern every year--and its very accurate...several of the guys had high 600s last year in all 3 sets in Corpus Cristi...

I told them that I drink plenty of beer already, I don't need to practice for Nationals....

If your kids really want to play in the snow, you could always road trip it up here..

.we got about 4 inches on the ground now..and it ain't going anywhere for a while as the high temps aren't supposed to get out of the SINGLE DIGITS for 5-7 days...
