Where it is real F ing COLD
I was not referring to Franken himself being voted in, I was referring to the way that boxes of votes kept magically appearing during the recount that were suprisingly all for Franken.

Well thats not it at all, Franken's votes were mysteriously getting thrown out that are now being counted. They were throwing them out for ODD reasons and no evidence was found of many of Coleman's votes being thrown out.

The Commission that oversaw the recount had a republican majority.

where`d you come up with this?...

who do you think was in charge of the election proper?...it was democratic hack/minny secretary of state mark ritchie...

before the handfull of "questionnable" ballots got to this panel, who do you think was totally in charge of this dog and pony show?... ritchie,of course...

look him up...as for the panel...

"Elizabeth Hayden of Stearns County, who has been a judge for more than two decades. She was appointed in 1986 by Democratic Gov. Rudy Perpich.

Kurt Marben of Pennington County, a judge since 2000. He was put there by Independence Party Gov. Jesse Ventura.

Denise Reilly of Hennepin County, a judge since 1997. She is an appointee of Republican Gov. Arne Carlson.

The appointments announced by Supreme Court Justice Alan Page came on a day of more legal maneuvering for a seat that?s been in limbo since the Election Day results showed Coleman and Franken within a whisker of each other."

now that looks like an independent,a republican and a democrat appointee...the independent appointed by republican hater jesse "the jackhole" ventura..

and yeah..i read the "media matters" link on the issue...please don`t quote them.....i`ll believe that the sun comes up in the west before i buy anything those partisans put out...

anyway,it`s a moot point.....it`s over...

god help us...

I have no idea where you got your information from. It is, quite simply, flat-out wrong. The names aren't even right. Not surprised.

The board had five people:
Ritchie, Eric Magnuson, G. Barry Anderson Kathleen Gearin and Edward Cleary.

Have another one, and enjoy your week.

So far, the Coleman campaign has stopped short of making public allegations of partisan election-stealing of the sort seen in some right-leaning news sites. And we find no evidence of any partisan tilt in the Canvassing Board's makeup or rulings. For one thing, the five-member board is bipartisan. It includes two men who were appointed to the state supreme court by Minnesota's Republican governor, Timboard Pawlenty. They are Chief Justice Eric Magnuson and Associate Justice G. Barry Anderson. A third member, Ramsey County Chief Judge Kathleen Gearin, was elected to that post in a nonpartisan election in 1986, and hasn't publicly discussed what her party leanings, if any, might be. A fourth member is Ramsey County Assistant Chief Judge Edward Cleary, who was appointed in 2002 by then-Gov. Jesse Ventura, an Independence Party member. The only clearly identified Democrat on the board is Secretary of State Mark Ritchie. And although Ritchie helped choose the panel's members, Coleman's lead lawyer, Fritz Knaak, said at the time: "The people of this state should feel good about who's on the panel."

the 3 judge panel...

bjf....."The Commission that oversaw the recount had a republican majority."..

scuse me?...2 republicans a democrat,an "independent" and an "unaffiliated" judge(both just happen to be from heavily democrat ramsey county, where some of the shenanigans took place)......a coincidence i`m sure...

puh-lease...

yep...both are from heavily democrat ramsey county...a coincidence?...is it a coincidence that ritchie is affiliated with acorn and a george soros puppet?....lol

"Dec. 2, Coleman Leads by 340 Votes ? Coleman?s lead continues to grow. The campaigns learn that 171 ballots in heavily Democratic Ramsey County were not counted because of a combination of machine and human error. When those votes are counted, Franken picks up 37 votes."

btw..guess who chose the panel?...one of the republicans?.....no,it was the democrat hack that oversaw the election proper and the recount...and again, a guy who has connections with acorn and george soros....mark ritchie.....amazing...
