Boys stay on whatever diet you're on, to keep the MLB run going of 8-0
I believe I've read recently that the only way to know if you have a gluten intolerance/allergy is to actually have a piece of stomach lining tested. I read that they are misdiagnosing gluten issues, but I'm not 100%....kinda like your doc's:facepalm:
Nick is a nurse, you know, a health care professional who knows what he's talking about.
Not a clown who posts for attention. Oh shit, wait.
I am a big fan of anyone, or anything, that cramps The Boys style. #geauxgluten
Day 4 of 100% gluten free. I know it's only been 4 days, but I haven't seen a difference yet. :SIB

Tiredness, drowsiness, no energy: feeling continuously tired and out of sorts is often due to untreated food intolerance.
Frequent headache or migraines: the slight inflammatory response caused by sensitivity to certain foods (like yeasts, gluten, dairy etc.) can cause headaches
Stomach bloating, nausea, diarrhea, constipation, flatulence: all these including Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Crohn's, and Colitis and are common effects of food intolerance.
GREAT!!!! Now I have so many more problems than I did before all because I like to eat! :mj07:
Sports........it feels like to me you're not supporting my gluten free lifestyle? Today is day 5. I had a lovely weekend. Instead of Bourbon Saturday night I drank Tito's Vodka which is made of corn. For dinner I had grilled lamb chops and a Kale salad.
I wish you'd support my gluten intolerance instead of mocking it.
Boys not mocking you but how can any alcohol be any good for you, even if it's made of corn ? As you know alcohol is a depressant so that kind blows the lack of energy.

I'm a very strict weekend warrior. I had two drinks Saturday night. Where did this energy thing come from? I have plenty of energy. In post #1 I mentioned I was having a skin issue, that's what this is all about?
