I hear you -- as much as I can, I try to follow Madjack's advice and "let streaks be your friend."

It seems, as well, that once teams finally snap long streaks, streaks go the other way, at least for a little while.

It would be interesting to see how many teams, after a loss that ends a 5+ game winning streak (or vice versa), lose (or win) the next night to start a mini streak in the opposite direction.

It seems that happens a lot, but maybe my memory is bad

I already apologized, but I thought the jinx only worked if you tout the winner?

Besides, if this is such a powerful tool in handicapping, shouldn't you bet the farm on your games and then jinx them on a yahoo board or something?
