Have you been doing a lot of grilling?

it's great! grilled 4 times since last thursday. it's a lot easier to control the temperature than i thought it would be and the food does not get dried out and stays tender and juicy. i can only imagine the results will get even better as i get better using it.

i pick up my plate setter today because it was back ordered so my next cook will be an overnight brisket or something

I love lamb chops on the bge. Get really thick cuts, and it just melts in your mouth. ummmmmmm
