neemer- i love it and never had a problem. never!
i like gateway and have bought about 6 of those things but had to return my laptop i got from them. that's when i got the winbook. love it!! BUT, i'm lucky and never needed service, so can't comment about that. i have never had to call them for anything. plug and play, babee!!
