can you write a code where the user can set how many posts another user has to have for the post to show up

for example,
I set it at 200
so anyone posting that has under 200 posts will not show up

their name will appear but the post area for them will be blank

i think this would be a cool feature and easy to set a filter for

actually a public handicapping forum like madjacksports encourages posts from new and old members alike, everyone can learn something even from someone posting for the first time or for the 1500th post....you never know....handicapping is always a growing thought process i would think, no?
