Forte got you 27 points last night. They finally got back to the screen play and that is his bread and butter and it should be smooth sailing from hear on out.

Hell the first week of the season I traded Andre Johnson and Willie Parker for Ray Rice, Rashard Mendenhall, and Mike Simms-Walker and got told what an idiot I was from everyone that is now beneath my unbeaten record. Some people never learn.

yea you are right and the only reason I can give you and it isn't an excuse or me trying to get out of the fact I was wrong because I was, he has been brutal, but a lot of people have made that same mistake this year. He truly was the consensus number 3-5 back on the board during fantasy preseason. Now if I had to redraft today Adrian Peterson wouldn't even be my first back and it is for the same reason that Forte has fallen off so badly. Screen passes and a passing game out of the backfield. If you are talking fantasy backs depending on your scoring system and mine is one that is ppr, bonus for 100 yard increments in rushing and receiving then Chris Johnson and Ray Rice are hands down number 1 and 2 in the draft not necessarily in that order, and that is exactly what made Forte, that and a much better offensive line last year, that the Bears have gotten away from this year, somewhat of a huge bust, but hell he ain't Ahman Green either. If you look at the SF game that is the first game this season that they threw him more than two screen passes in any game this season and had they continued to do it the outcome may have been better. I can only hope that they realize this with the new coach and GM next year. I am hoping they bring in Shanahan or Cowher except unless Fox gets fired in Carolina Cowher isn't going anywhere.
