When you get a chance why would you sticky that stuff and see if anyone at all is interested in doing something like that in October or early Nov. when it is great weather down here.


I am talking about the golf/striper fishing guide trip at Choctaw casino thing in Durant TX about 38 minutes from DFW. It is a nice place and on an Indian Reservation......Indian feather not Indian dot of course.

It would be the same as the other outings only I can arrange for several friends of mine to take those who want to go out striper fishing which if you haven't done it is an absolute blast. A 25 pounder is not unusual at all and it has a casino and it is only a couple thirty miles from Oklahoma in case anyone really wants some three two beer.

Dude, trust me when I tell you that I am fully aware that this is an internet forum and if you think that the individuals that post on here are not simply trying to have some fun with it and are probably some of the best damn folks you would ever want to meet. I would be the first person to say hello and shake your hand and have a laugh. Now if you were insinuating that you would love it because you would want to come and flex your muscles at folks or whatnot...... Keep in mind, your cheese eating pal that you ignor(sp?) according to him anymore already let the cat out of the bag that you were in the Air Force, and that doesn't really instill a lot of fear. I actually was talking to Jack about it last night and I was looking at the first or third weekend in October as that is when the Stripers go nuts for topwaters and you know the weather will be friggin perfect. I asked him to sticky it to the top of the page to see who is interested as we get a pretty sweet deal if we can accumulate 20 people to make a group.

As far as the other shit goes bro, I don't normally filter the crap that flies out of my mouth as I am truly here just to have fun and fuck around. I try to at least. Trust me when I tell you, I am a pretty happy go lucky dude, but a bit camera shy!?

In all seriousness, if we can get some people to go I can have the group rates set up within the week. I hope you can make it. hell even if no one else does and you still want to hit the lake and some golf and the tables, I am always up for that.

now i get it, as i just read treynolds post. Tyler is a friend of mine who played alot of poker at my house in the day back when i lived in wisconsin 10 years ago.. He is actually a great young man with a bright business future who is just sticking up for me who is almost twice his age. We traveled some , played some golf and he was kind enough to always take me to the pirates games when i was in town. I probably showed him the scary side of gambling when i was on tilt in poker,lol But he is just sticking up for me like you would of any of your friends. I did build the poker room and yes it was for the reasons you may have stated,lol and yes he did see me bet probably too much money on a few games when we were in vegas. I am not a degenerate gambler, i treat it as a business and to bet to make a profit. I never bet to bet, same as cards. It may not have always been that way, but it has since i sold my two businesses when i left wisconsin, moved west and got married. I am in a comfortable place in my life right now and i feel i am very blessed. But when attacked from people that don't know me, it may seem that i use that money or company, or large bet, or pretty wife to show off, when in reality it is totally not me and only used to prove points. I am not out to impress anyone as i know where i came from. I appreciate my loyal friends and Tyler is one of them. i have'nt had a game there for 7 years. a person in lacrosse bought me out and most of my 53 players play up there. We do have a really big game about every six months for me when i come to town, that draws some minneapolis people and then some. That is probably the game bro.

These are gigantic striped bass that are freshwater versions of the saltwater striped bass only bigger. Texoma regularly puts out 20+ pounders and they are schooling fish meaning you can't help but catch them. In fall they school at the surface and feed ravenously. Its crazy and a fargin blast. <iframe width="560" height="345" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/vp3o5zZvRBU" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> These are smaller than I normally fish for but most people won't make a fifty mile run on big water at 74 MPH either so they catch dinks. Still a blast.
