jacksonville st +13: went back six or seven years and couldn't find any game where gb had been favored by this much. did find a couple of games in the '04-'05 season where the phoenix were small dd home favorites against hartford, a 20 game loser that year, and cleveland st, a 17 game loser. they failed to cover both. as jax st has covered 22 out of their last 27 road games, they appear to me to be the play of the day.
