it didnt matter, but wasnt that holder "down" as soon as he grabbed the blocked punt???
he was still kneeling in his holding position with his knee on the ground.....why is the play not over???
on that note, since it's such a stupid college rule....why is the holder not "down" everytime he catches the snap????
