to listen to chirac,he loves america and americans.....he admitted that saddam would not be at least,partially disarming if u.s. and british troops weren`t massing on the iraqi borders......what am i missing?......the inference is that,if the troops weren`t there,saddam would not bother to comply....yet,he is not willing to commit french troops....what?....is this french logic?
