While the Under is 2-2 in the last 4 meetings between these teams, the average total score of those games is only 33.0 points, 4 points less than this posted total. Furthermore, this is the weakest Jacksonville offense in quite some time. The Jaguars are a woeful 1-6 and are averaging just 18.1 points per game. Given the quality of this Baltimore defense, I feel that the Jags will have a tough time scoring much more than 14 points in this contest.
