Did anyone see the Jahvid Best fall? Wow....scary. Any updates? All I've read was the cut off his jersey on the field and he was on oxygen while being carted off.

just wait until you see this. He is diving for the end zone and gets launched into the air about 6 feet and falls onto his back while twisting a bit in the air. His helmet flew off and he was unconscious instantly
He was making a catch for the TD and was elevated when he was up in the air, landed on his neck, helmet came off. He in the emrgency room being watched.

SATURDAY, an update on the scary injury to Cal tailback Jahvid Best.
Release from Cal says, "Preliminary, Best has a concussion and movement in all his extremities. He has been taken to the emergency room for further evaluation. Cal will provide an update as soon as one becomes available.''

unfortunately it looked alike he had a brain or spinal cord injury. They cut his uniform top & pads off, which means he was having problems breathing, also he was obviously being given oxygen. I really hope the kid is ok, but it really didn't look very good.
