the right thing to do politically is to jump on the side of the victim's....

if such a thing were to win, a very very dangerous precedent woudl be set and any accident or terrorism that happened could now be litigated and every government would be bankrupt in 2 years including our own (bankrupted more anyway)

the right thing to do is to fight against such a thing....

sometimes the politically right thing is not the right thing....

in such cases, you generally try to fight the good fight discreetly....

there you go

"Isn't anyone alarmed that Jim Baker's lawfirm is defending the Saudi royals?"

I am more alarmed at the lawfirms (ACLU) trying to release Known imprisoned terrorist in U.S. and and at Cuba so they can return to kill more.

Knowing how much UBL hated the Saudi's it is not too far fetched to see reasons to recruit Saudi terrorist for U.S. strike.

However there are money trails that are a concern--but at least they are aiding in the fight against terrorist and imprisoning them almost equal to the rate the ACLU is trying to release them
---and that is my concern.
