All this hoopla about this guy makes me wonder what the hell people are thinking. LIke this guy is gonna come up with a magic pill to solve Iraq? This is the same guy who helped put this wonderful president in office. This is the same guy who is a senior counselor for the Carlyle group the last time i checked. A group that is heavily invested in arms aka wars. This is the guy who's firm represented the Saudi Royals in a suit regarding Americans who lost loved ones on 9/11. What is he gonna do comeback with theories like what John Murtha and other democrats said two years ago? He is no savior he is part of the problem we have today. Its amazing what people fall for.

hey Mav if you ever get a chance go check out the documentary "loose change". By the way when they call you a conspiracy theorist that's just a word they throw around to stop the debating about a topic. I use to be in construction and the day those buildings came down we were on a job. Every guy watching the TV said the same thing on how those buildings came down like they were rigged with explosives. In this film they show you small pockets of explosions going off way underneath the fire. The Doc also points out those two buildings were the first two buildings in history to collapses because of a fire. Also a third building collapse that day. Wait till you here what was in this building.
This just shows the intelligence of sponge, he cites a college kids documentary made with his Imovie as hard evidence against our govt.

There are actually folks who are experts on demolition. These are not teenage filmmakers, or construction guys, but people who blow up buildings for a living.
The claims made in the film, of the 9/11 buildings collapsing due to controlled demolition, they think are so laughable it's hard to get them to stop giggling and provide a serious response.
Finally some have put their opinions on paper (warning, PDF file) and not surprisingly, they find the teenage filmmakers and constructions guys don't have a clue about controlled demolition and explosions.

He has always listened sympathetically to Arab concerns, and this is believed will be a welcome counter vs Bush Admin's near perfect alignment with Israeli policy.
Baker's previous diplomatic successes--- reduction of Iraq's external debts, very notably getting all the sides in mid-east to agree to talks in 1991 and his famous ''two plus four'' framework (a strategem that has become a classic study in modern diplomacy) in shaping a deal on German unification----are testaments to his ability at getting things done.

Would we be wrong in thinking Baker brought in just befor electon. To make it look like Bush and his gang are waiting for new ideas on Iraq. Other then the Go No where one of stay the course.

How many guys have you ever heard say that on a post site and fizzle away? Numbers don't lie and they are starting to get close to 90 percent. Round them all up. I took a game tonight and it looks like my boy Bledso is helping me out like he has so many times before. this stuff is as corrupt as politics but you have to figure who the corrupt players are. I have that gift and man you should see it in the NBA. Now i have to see what the halftime line is to see if my bet is a winner.
The only concern James Baker has is his money interests and hidden partnership with the Saudi's.......maybe thats were you make the correlation of him being sympathetic with arabs..........do some research into his legal firms ties with the pipeline business in the middle east......he also represented the Saudis when families of 911 wanted to sue Saudi Arabia........
