At the end of 1st half, within the 2 minute warning, he tries a 50 yd field goal with a 100 year old field goal kicker. Pin them deep and force them to go the length of the field. Kick wasn't even close and they gey the ball at the 40.
No $$$ on the game for me but you wonder sometimes what these coaches are thinking.

Judging by ET's avatar, I think most of his hostility goes back a few years. However, I do agree. No matter how many onside kicks, fake punts, razzle-dazzle, etc...crap plays Fisher throws out there, at the end of the day he is still a coach who plays not to lose instead of one who plays to win. He has always been this way and that has always been my major complaint with this team. Long gone are the days where a late field goal and solid defense rings up a Titans win.
True that play does still sting, but there are a hand full of coaches in the NFL that just make stupid decisions, ( Fisher, Tice, Martz, Gruden) to name a few :cursin:
