Do you guys honestly think Shockey saw the kid and aim a cup of water at him??????No he just threw a cup of water at fans that were throwing stuff at him...For Christ's sake it was water....and the kid didnt get hurt and went home with a little water on his shirt but a new NFL football...

Some of these receivers are immature. Take for instance the game the 49ers were playing the Seahawks earlier this year... Owens was so annoying every time he caught a ball (spinning it the ball after a catch and taunting) , I wasn't surprised That The Seahawks came back in that game.
The Steelers receivers too.

I know the game is suppose to be entertaining but it wouldn't hurt if once in awhile some of these players would act like the've been there before!

Who looked worse? Shockey skipping in the endzone or Strahan pointing to the scoreboard in the 3rd qtr? Both guys lost and it may be a moot point but Shockey only celebrated when he did well (scoring or at least a 1st down). Strahan was talking smack after a 2pt. conversion was scored on his D. If you are going to downgrade Shockey for his actions I think someone should address the lack of professionalism displayed but Strahan.<P> Why is his lack of class always overlooked? <P>

shockey does not run even close to Michael Vick. Vick is the fastest most agile athlete in the NFL bar non e, no opinion here, that is fact.

Vick has run a 4.3 clocked at a combine. Thats his time under ideal conditions when some 358 defensive tackle wasnt trying to take him down. In shorts on a nice day on a flat surface. When he is weaving through tacklers he isn't going 4.3 thats for sure. When he turns on the jets going around corners he may be at that velocity.

I would say he probalby hits 4.5 most of the time which is still moving along.

I was unable to find a combine time for Shockey and I searched for awhile with no luck. He probably refused to be timed. He runs his routes around 4.5-4.9 Thats still very fast for a big man to be going.

Shockey may not pass Vick in a race but he would be right on his ass.

Portis is my rookie of the year...hands don, but Shockey is close 2nd. I HATE the guy, but that may be becase he is on the Giants.

I hate him because he isoo damn cocky...same thing w/ Owens, but Damn those guys are good. Guys remind me of D Sanders. Players you hate when on another team but love when thy are on your team only because they really do help fire up your squad...
