He has a ton of money. I'm sure he wants to win but he is an ego-maniac who will continue to hurt his team. Makes good business decisions but terrible football decisions. Fuck that old SOB! Yes I'm a Cowboy fan.

I know I am in the cler minority on this one- but I know he really wants to win- he really does and the problem is it clouds his judgement. What most people don't realize is that he is the one not making the player decisions solely as GM. He has a group of people in and out of the organization he seeks advice from and they do it together. I actually feel he and the organization has done a much better job last couple years in the draft acquiring "smart", "team" football players and did great signing Brandon Carr. Has he made bone headed decisions- of course and he admits it. I just think he makes an easy target to most to criticize.
What I personally like about JJ is he really really wants to win and will try do so at all cost but he gets in his own way from time to time. Recently however he has done a much better job IMO. There are many Owners that do care about the financial aspect more than winning and IMO we don't have that problem- he wants to win. Again...this is just my opinion and I know I am in the minority
