ESPN?s Adam Schefter reports that the Jets are signing veteran K Randy Bullock to a contract on Tuesday now that they?ll be without Nick Folk, who has a quad injury.

Bullock was among four kickers who tried out for the Jets on Monday including Billy Cundiff, Garrett Hartley and Kyle Brindza.

Reports from Monday indicated that Bullock was the most likely kicker to be signed following the workouts, so this shouldn?t come as a big surprise.

Bullock, 25, was in the final year of his four-year, $2.278 million contract when the Texans elected to release him a month ago and sign former Chargers K Nick Novak.

Bullock has converted 83.3 percent of his field goals this season over the course of three games, but has missed two of his five extra point attempts.
