I like how the district manager denied it was him while also conveniently correcting the reporter on how to properly say his name. :)

I do feel bad for Leo, though. It's obvious he was only following instructions from his bosses. If I were him, I would call Joel and do an on-camera full frontal interview against the company.

FYI for those of you that use these butcher shops, the "technicians" that work there (most of them anyway) have very little ability. Futhermore, don't give a rats ass about you are your vehicle. Most make "flat rate" wage so the more they do (or don't...lol) the more they make.
I think most people use the Jiffys, Sears, Wal-Marts, and the like because they are cheaper. You get what ya pay for people. Don't be whining when some inexperienced kid fucks up your ride because you wanted to save 5 bucks on that LOF. :0008
