Again, a very good line for a home opener team, Gio Gonzalez is better than the way he pitched on his fisrt game, and so is Latos, but the diffference here is that the reds are missing a very important part from their line up that is Brandon Phillips.

So I will talke my chances with the nationals today.

I really think that Haren is not going to have another mounstrous outing, on the other I think Liriano will have more of the same. He hasn't been any more effective against the Angels during his career, going 1-2 with a 7.27 ERA in four appearances.

The twins Offense sucks too so I will take mi chances giving up a run on this one.

A very generous line once again for the home team, I know that Blanton is starting a game for the first time this year, and Buerhle his second, but he has had succes against the marlins going 6-2 with a 3.33 era life time.

I think that the momentum on this series is on the Phillies after their break through las night.

I just can not pass this game. You have the ace on the mound of a hot team, and arizona happens to have on of the best bullpens in baseball with David Hernandez and Brad Ziegler behind Putz on the depth chart, already has four saves, five holds and a 1.15 ERA this season.

The padres do not have any of these, I do not know how many innings Bass is going to pitch filling for mosely, but when you have a line at -130 with your ace you have to pull the trigger.
