"Arrhythmia -- irregular heartbeat -- is experienced by millions of people in a variety of forms. Some are harmless, but others are so dangerous that they claim 500,000 lives a year in this country." Medical journal

It really can be serious and if they don't correct it (possible surgery ) it could threaten his career.

I would hate to be the Doctor that qualified him before the draft or the Detroit doctors.

It would be shame to see his NFL career end way to early!!

In my opninion he showed signs of improvement throughout this year!

He did considerably better than a touted Mike Vick against the best D out there today!!

Not to take anything away from M. Vick, but him and Harrington are the 2 young guys, that will be the future of the NFL in my opinion!

I hope all is well with him and we see him on the feild as soon as possible!

I had an irregular heartbeat for about 2 weeks about 5 years ago. My heart would beat about 6 times, then stop for a beat and then start up again. When it stopped for a second, I wasn't sure it was going to start again. You could tell when it stopped too. It was weird and scary.
The doctors ran some tests and said my ticker was fine. They attributed it to too much stress, only getting about 3 hours of sleep, and drinking too much caffeine. I cut out the Coke, started going to bed at a decent hour, and learned some relaxation techniques (betting on sports isn't one of them). I've been fine since. :) Knock on wood.
