Not sure if any of you have heard/seen this masterpiece, but this video is among the best I've ever seen. It's a Cash cover of a Nine Inch Nails song, and the video basically shows a quick glimpse of his life, and uses NIN's fight against drug use (the original song's theme) to show how he deals with the late years of his life and the effect of faith on it. Mortality is very strong in this video.

Whether you are a democrat, republican, liberal, conservative, moderate, rock fan, country fan..... this video is incredible.

I saw this video on VH1 and bought the disc soon afterwards. Buy the cd...you won't be disappointed. "Hurt" is great and so is "Personal Jesus".

Thanks for turning me on to the video and song. It has been a long time since I have even watched a video. Great stuff. Makes me think of my parents and my own mortality.

I wrote about this video a while ago, when I first saw it.
Somthing like -

I don't exactly know how to describe 'art', but I know it when I see it.
And 'Hurt' is art.

It shows what music videos could be, but never are.

And I'm not a country fan, but you don't have to be to realize this video is something different, something special.

If you haven't seen it yet check it out..............
