Here's a quote from Collins,
Jordan, according to Collins, is tired and is showing signs of wear and tear. In four of the last six games, Collins has played Jordan 40 minutes or more, far more than the 32 to 35 minutes prescribed to alleviate the problematic tendinitis in Jordan's right knee. In those games, Jordan has averaged 22.3 points and shot 36 percent (35 of 96) from the field. He also has made just 14 of his last 24 free throws and committed 10 turnovers in the last two games, including a career-high nine against the Bulls.
"I know [Jordan] feels it," Collins said. "He's not going to say anything but I know he feels it."
Maybe fading him as a prop is the better play. The Wolves know he's the only threat in the lineup. They can throw a lot of double teams at him.
