For those that don't follow MMA, Hong Man Choi is actually a somewhat legit fighter. As MMA elite goes he sucks, but Jose Canseco ain't MMA elite:eek:

Jose Canseco is in real real trouble here, if Choi actually takes this seriously he could really fuck up Jose, I ain't kidding here Canseco could get big time hurt, big time.

Kinda sad really.


I can tell you this, there are some baseball players that will be watching I can tell ya that:SIB

He is a black belt(in his own mind).

One or two punches and he will curl up into a ball on the ground and the ref will step in quickly.

I don't know - speed can overcome power and it looks like the speed is on Jose's side.

But in the third circus-like bout, Hong Man Choi pounded out ex-baseball slugger Jose Canseco within the first two minutes. Canseco, dwarfed by his 7-foot-2 Korean foe, started out moving quickly, peppering Choi with right hands or kicks before circling away from counters. But after Canseco appeared to injure his leg slightly more than a minute into the bout, he fell while throwing a kick and Choi quickly jumped atop him on the ground and finished him with strikes.
