Outfielder Josh Hamilton has been hospitalized for 12-24 hours with an intestinal virus. The Rangers have put Koji Uehara on the disabled list and called up outfielder Leonys Martin from Triple A Round Rock. He is playing center field on Friday night. Hamilton is receiving fluids and is expected by Saturday.
