Julius Peppers expected to play despite doubtful tag

Julius Peppers is expected to be active Sunday night per multiple reports for the Bears despite his doubtful tag.

Mullin clued us in during the week that Peppers? tag might be payback for last season, when the Vikings said Brett Favre was ?out? until he wasn?t out against the Bears.

Peppers? presence should give Chicago?s undermanned defensive line a better shot against Minnesota Sunday night.
