FYI: Raffy Soriano may be shipped to the Yankees today from the Cubs, no official word just yet, Cubs are in Phoenix so doubtful unless the trade has already happened, that Soriano would be in a NYY uni tonight, which would be a reunion of sorts for Soriano who was originally signed by the Yankmees! Would be about a lil over an hour plus flight from PHO to DFW anyways I reckon, but lose 1 hour time zone.

Sell offs should continue, Brewers next with Gallardo being checked out by RedSox who've lost a number of pitchers and may lose Buchholz for the year with neck/upper back trouble (possible surgery), Henderson Alvarez of Fish may get shipped somewhere as well as Giancarlo Stanton. White Sox dangling Ramirez, Dunn and Peavy, Red Sox & Phillies looking at Peavy, Phils need bullpen depth badly as do the Red Sox so why Peavy? Perhaps just guessing out loud by MLB Network/ESPN 'behind the scenes' reporters :mj07: , but some trades are going to happen, only 7 days left, before players must clear waivers first before being traded, so the stove should be heating up.
