Toronto to cover the -4' against Chicago.

Too tired for a length writeup tonight but I think this line goes up overnite so grab'n it now!

Will give more details on the play tomorrow but for now suffice it to say:

-Toronto is now tied for that final 8th playoff spot in the Eastern Conference

-Toronto thrashed Chicago on Wednesday 117-104

-Chicago has lost 15 of their last 16

-Chicago is young and done

-Toronto on a 6 game win streak and in the hunt

-Toronto needs this win to keep pace with the Pacers

Shouldn't Toronto be even more motivated than they were at home against this Bulls team.....especially after Atlanta helped 'em out tonight??

Another polyester play.......you bet ya!!

BUT.....what really looks "funny" is this games o/u line of 182' after that 221 point game on Wednesday? Yea right....it sure looks like Vegas wants ya on the over here!!

One polyester play at a time for me.

-->Play'n the Raptors -4'

1-0...LN

Indy +1' "W" by da hook

130-83-3...YTD ez

Went to make the play and got it at -4..........

thus played it at 1/2 better than expected.

Last night with Indy/Atl proves that a little line shop'n is always a wise thing to do.

Played ----> Toronto -4 at Chicago

GL whatever ya play on Friday! ez

poolguy..............

poolguy..............

IMHO.....I don't think the "look ahead" factor is as big in the NBA as it is in some of the other sports like the NFL or CFB.

These dudes play so many games....so often....even in back-to-back situations.......they don't have time to look down the road at what's coming at them.

Again....just my opinion but the need to win in Chicago tonight over shadows the look ahead factor towards Sunday's Indy game.

Not that Sunday's game won't be huge. If your sold on that theory then I'd play Phoenix over Indy tonight......as a "look ahead" situation!

Phoenix has the horses to take Indy (if they "look ahead") where as Chicago is pathetic.

-Could Chicago COVER......absolutely!

-Are the chances of Chicago COVERING very good.....I don't think so!

That's why I took my chances with Toronto -4 last night.

I see we're currently at Toronto -5 in most shops....up from -4 last night.

GL whatever ya do!

And thanks for the reply MrChristo......got REAL lucky with Indy last night in a close one.

Hey....as the old saying "I'd rather be lucky than good!"

Hope we get "lucky" with the Raptors tonight. :) ez

A final "polyester" like thought on Tor/Chi..............

A final "polyester" like thought on Tor/Chi..............

ya gotta believe the Raptors have the Pho/Indy game on in their lockeroom right now!!!!

Toronto can see that 18 point Indy lead with 7 minutes left in the 3rd.......just as well as you and I see it right now.

They won't be "look'n ahead" to Sunday tonight.....they've got business to attend to in Chicago right now. GL ez

Congrats to the Bulls players.......

Congrats to the Bulls players.......

the Raptors were out played by the weaker team and just happened to be in the lead at the final buzzer!

No complaints here......just chalk it up in the "L" column and move on. ez
