Sorry, it's a term used by one contest I participate in. Today is Hollywood. In order to maximize points, a best bet is listed by NAP>. Listing chalk is worthless so to get points I need to find a price. Trouble is, that if it gets bet down, I get screwed out of the points anyway. Anyway T. that's what it' for. Don't know why but I usually delete it here because of the amount info I put out.
