Hi capping guru....

I have some rental properties where the tenants have shaky job situations (had the same problem last year) & promised my wife this year that I wouldn't bet anymore until the economic environment gets better. So I haven't made any bets at all. It's the first time in about 20 years where I have watched football games without betting on them....& to tell you the truth I am not missing it....that much.
