So today at work I had to co-workers start talking, saying "boy they made them republicans look stupid", "...with his money in the Cayman Islands" blah blah blah.

So I said how bout that number of people collecting food stamps and unemployment rate. Well, wouldn't you know I was attacked with bush this bush that, give me some examples blah blah blah. The two ladies were very defensive. I brought up that I didn't say anything about bush and that I was talking about the current president and they just got more angry. Then I had one telling me how much she knows about politics, about the "surplus" of money we had when bush took office. They just kept referring to bush.

The last thing I said was well how bout everything the president has promised he'd do and hasn't done if not made things worse, and you'd think they were on CNN. I just like playing devils advocate, but when these two black ladies got pissed.....I couldn't help myself:142smilie

esp since every politician promises shit that they never do....it's the little things that amuse me
