the last 3-4 days, I was experiencing major pain in my left leg and lower back (tailbone). Couldn't sleep at night, couldn't sit still in class, couldn't bend over (not what you're thinking), etc etc

So I go see the chiro this morning and I have a pinched nerve (sciatic nerve) sp???

painful as hell, feel a bit better now, taking antibiotics to ease the swelling and pain.

anyone ever experience this?

not a good feeling.

Yes I have it. Actually I have degenerative disc bulging that is impeding my sciatic nerve. Painful as hell. The best thing I have found to relieve some of the pain is lower back stretching excercises. I feel alot better now that I have been doing them of course it will never heal in my case but strengthing the back muscles helps alot.

Wow

Wow

Quack Chiro?

I've had great success with them. I've always preferred having the problem fixed (which the chiropractor tends to do - manupilate your back so it can heal itself in most instances).

Every time I've seen an MD about my back, I end up with drugs to take - relieves the pain, but doesn't do anything to help with the condition.

I guess I view a Chiro to be a back specialist - not unlike an eye doctor or foot doctor.

But, like any type of doctor, I guess there are good ones and bad ones out there.

I'll bet the chiro ends up helping a lot...

Doc,

You may have the "Eddie Haskell (I'm an attorney and a proverbial pain in the ass to everyone) Syndrome".

For treatment, contact Dr. Freeze.

anthony,
Crap hurts like hell, had mine act up not too long ago and I went to the Chiro to get it fixed, which he did, and my regular doc to get pain pills to relieve the pain the chiro had me in. All worked out though as I was able to masturbate without a hitch yesterday. Hope this helps.

Just went yesterday for the exact same reason.....Wasn't the first time I have gone for it, and it won't be the last. Fires up a couple of times a year. I have had plenty of good success with the Chiro, but as you know, there are good and bad ones in everything. Good luck and hope you feel better.

I love my chiro.........I have had numerous back issues and this guy has helped me so much. All MD's want to do is medicate or cut.......Most MD's I've met are so full of themselves I can't stand them. They killed my father with unnecessary heart surgery.........there a bunch of ass holes in my opinion. I'm in the health insurance business and I have so many terrible stories about these quack MD's.

been a chiropractor for 10+ years!! My dad is an MD and he refers numerous patients to me for back pain and feel that medcine for back and neck pain is just like putting a bandaid on a cut it won't fix the cut but you won't see it. Same with medicine won't feel pain but problem is still there. While there are some chiros that are quacks they ruin it for all of us but as in all professions there are a few idiots. I don't deny that there is a need for MDs but not for every condition for I know far more about the back and neck and neuromuscular conditions than my father who is an MD.

you might have to get an epdermal down the road if it gets worse. This helps. If you need meds the best thing i found out were ultram and this other one i take with it i cant remember right now. I hate taking meds but i take these when it gets real bad. You also will know when it is gonna rain two days in advance. For some reason the disc swell in my back two days before its gonna rain. I just went thru this this morning. My left foot swells a little and there is a discomfort in my left nut sometimes, plus the dimple on the left side of my back. The best thing you can do about your problem tho is not complain about it. 80 percent of the people don't want to here about your back problem and the other twenty percent are glad you have them.

I would be the one in the corner whimpering like schoolgirl...........Hope the ass feels better, things are hard to predict.
I pulled a muscle the other night with this ole gal trying to throw my leg up on the kitchen table. I got the damn thing up there and proceeded to go about my business and apparently some of the barbeque sauce had spilled over by the butter dish and when I went to give a little push off.........foot friggin slipped sending the green beans to the floor in a buttery heap and 220 lbs bearing down on 109 lbs in a friggin hurry. Drove her chin right into the table and then to the floor..............was terrible. I was looking forward to eating those beans too.

Wow thats crazy.................hey do you tink your friend has ever done an autopsy that had some other undiagnosed illness that was missed by a regular doctor? Or you figure its just those three that died...........you know...............the ones seeing a Chiro I mean.........Well at least I can take comfort in the fact that you're worried about it.
