Just got banned...and not even a member...

As I'm sure most of us do....during the course of the season..I visit several sports forums to read comments and gather as much info as I can. I've been visiting (never registered) this particular site for over a year and this morning I find out I'm banned...what gives.

redfish, some admins of other boards block aol isp #'s, if your using aol it could be the problem.

Yeah, if your IP was banned and you dont do anything on the forum, you probably dont have a static IP. Someone else had the address or a similar address within a range of IPs. It doesnt have anything to do with you. You can use a proxy if it is important enough to you
