Go out and vote. I don't care who you vote for, too many people have put their lives on the line to give us the right to choose the leaders of our country. So many people in this world would give their heart and soul to have the freedom and the rights that we have, the least you can do is take 10 minutes to check a box. If you don't know who to vote for, hell write in Jack's name, he does a damn good job with this site, why not give him a chance! :0008

If this is destined to be moved to the political forum so be it, just thought I would put it out there.

Make the effort. It's a good thing.

A citizen of America will cross the ocean to fight for democracy, but won't cross the street to vote in a national election.

Democracy is the recurrent suspicion that more than half of the people are right more than half the time.

Abraham Lincoln:
- Elections belong to the people. It is their decision. If they decide to turn their back on the fire and burn their behinds, then they will just have to sit on their blisters.

H.L. Mencken:
- Every decent man is ashamed of the government he lives under.
- Democracy is the art of running the circus from the monkey cage.

In regard to the presidency and prob other things as well....sorry but I am sick of hearing people tell me to vote.

I am 100% sure that either Obama or Romney will win no matter what I do. I don't want either of these clowns in office.

Sorry dude. Not wasting my time. Give me a fair election and I'd love to vote. Gary Johnson has been pleading for months to be a part of the debates. Even then he'd be at a huge disadvantage.

2-party system is pure shit so I don't need people yelling at me to vote. The same people that did so much to give me the right to vote also gave me the right not to vote...and for that I thank them.

The thing is....I don't go around yelling at people not to vote. I guess that's just the Libertarian in me. Sorry to be so adamant but I'm sick of it. Its either going to be a republican or democrat and they can all rot in hell for all I care.

And not voting will change all of this? Unless you would rather complain than change anything.

Pretty sure only money would change all of this. Almost all of the braindead masses are so brainwashed that they love one side and hate the other and have no idea that there are other parties or that their candidate may not be the best decision.

Voting isn't what's going to change all this. What will change it is that the older generation will die out and the younger one will be more open minded.

On top of that...its not about who I'm supposed to vote for...its about who I'm not supposed to vote for.

All one candidate ever tells me is how bad the other one is. You know what...fuck them. Again...not wasting my time.
