Si, senor.

funny thing buddy is that everytime I speak to them they always seem to respond with "Si senor".

Wait, I recall the females at the bars in Mexico seem to say the same thing...hmmm. even the cleaning ladies say it...

I THINK WE ARE ONTO SOMETHING HERE

Hey Justin (BHB), does your receptionist say "Si Senor" as well?

;)

bbc,

I was just joking, but if I have this handicapped right, the esl csr's probably have something to do with the sportsbooks being located in spanish-speaking Central America.

I was in Mexico a few months ago, and those schools must be something!

Shit......even kids as small as 3 and 4 were speaking perfect Spanish!

Sorry to hear about your books CS. Give just one call into here, BHB, and you will not have that problem. That's how we like to keep it, English as the first language. I speak enough Spanish to get by too.

"the bunker"
try calling msn customer service...

try calling msn customer service...

i have no idea what nationality the folks i spoke to were....it was never the same twice...i spoke with 7 different people....they turned a minor computer problem into a total inability to get on the net....and i am now with aol.....

i called a computer company to send a trouble shooter over to help me straighten it out and to get on the phone with msn`s people...he told me they don`t deal with msn...it`s a waste of his time and my money.....he suggested i terminate my contract with them and try another provider...i got another computer guy to come over and he couldn`t resolve the problem with them on the phone directing him...they had me calling dell and reinstall some sort of computer systems....i called the phone company....i uninstalled and reinstalled my msn account.......

no dice...

i then got absolutely pissed and reminated my contract...they are trying to make me pay 70% of the remainder...i am disputing the charge....

i was offline for 2 weeks because they tried to straighten out my problem(i was getting a message"do you want to stay connected" more frequently than i thought was necessary)....

so after all this i cancelled with msn after a heated debate in which i offered to fly to their headquarters and pummel any employee of their choice...

i couldn`t connect to the internet...their service was doing me no good...and they couldn`t fix the problem...they assured me switching providers was a waste of time....

so i signed up with aol and everything is peachy....

msn blows....and their customer service reps are horrible...be careful and think twice before calling for assistance...

MSN BLOWS....
