What a card today!!!

Just GREAT racing, it's like Philadelphia's rendition of the Derby... ... competitive-wise that is. Think they'll be some Philly style payoffs today? .. DUH!

Not going to post my BETS for today cause I'll be doing plenty of wheeling and dealing and I don't think anybody really cares bout that. All I can write is that I HOPE I can come out alive today. VERY tough pickings on days like this but, no matter what, I'll enjoy the racing today.

Leans, so far...

5th race: no. 7 (7/2)

6th race: A lot of tickets planed for this race. One of them will be a 1-3-6 tri box (lucky nos.). I believe no. 12 is gonna try to steal this race even with the jockey I never heard of. I WON'T be surprised if he pulls it off too. Don't let me take anybody off the 1,3, or 10 though cause they are strong contenders in this wace.

7th race: How bout a puzzle with this one.. .. HAMMY, you know the magic no. that goes with 6 (SIX) in exactas, right? DON'T WRITE IT HERE. Well, do play that no. in this race, STRAIGHT (not necessarily exactas).

I gotta take another look at the 8th. I'll be right back with what I come up with.

Wished that I could take the day off for a day at the races. The Parx has a lot of full fields and filled with heavy competition as you say. Just printed out the 9th and will take it with me. Thanks for heads up for the potential magic in the 7th. Have a great day.

DaMN, TOUGHER THAN THE DERBY

Top three rated in this race are the 4,5,6. Would have liked to make another puzzle, but I wrote sooo much about my "Main Man" everybody who reads my threads knows who he is. Well, I do give RIVERA, on no. 3, an outside chance to do his thing here. Horse is made for grass and showed it in his race at A.C. What is VERLY interlesting is that he showed a turnaround in his PREVIOUS RACE (just before the A.C. jobbie) which was on the dirt. Maybe Jenkins figured out the right strings to PULL with this one.. oh, it's SUZANNE Jenkins (ever notice that Rivera rides for all the chicks?) BTW. IMO, she sure has the right guy pulling the reins on this one. Side order on Rivera for me.
Just pick one hoss?... that would be the no. 6. Normally a race this competitive would be a "No Play", but I can't resist most of the races today.

Picked up pocket change in the first betable race, lost the 6th and then bet the horse that I absolutely LUVED in the 7th. Bet $20 like I bet $2's in that 7th and paid the price for going overboard alright. :s1:

I am getting VERY tired of getting a ROYALE SCREW JOB in the last race. Can not believe this f&&*&ing Shit!

Was it last month, I got my 4 stinkin bucks on that 65 to 1 shot in the last race, he clearly wins the damn race (no photos) just to get taken down.

Considering that this last race woulda made a bad day a profitable one - this screw job REALLY stings..

No. 2 was easily my top rated hoss and Rivera's horse was my bailout special. So... the plays were:
