Anyone know why it’s dropped to -3.5?

Only player out is Clifton, that shouldn't move the line at all. K State opened -1 1/2 which alarmed me, this used to be a rivalry game, steamed to -4 then back down, someone's probably trying to middle the game!! I had K State winning by 3!!
