DR FREEZE,

I just hate it when there are excuses at the conclusion of a championship game, if this , if that, if... if... get the picture?
(no offense to you)

Just like when ohio st won the ncaaf crown all these if..if...if....

I am a neutral fan here so I don't have a biased opinion.

in regards to Kansas I think they did it to themselves, FT's cost them...

Cheers to all for a great season...

there are always going to be comments at the end of the game because its just human nature so I understand,
but SYRACUSE won and that is how its going to be.

I think Hinrich has decent NBA career as mainly a backup combo guard.

no one will run Roy out of town....not his fault....he did very well coaching this year especially while losing Simien.....Kansas couldn't hit a free throw and the CUSE hit a lot of 3's in the first half....not much you can do against 10-13 contested 3's....plus Anthony got treated like Jordan out there....

Hopefully Roy will be back....

now i get to root for the Stinkin Royals.....and we are 5-0 this year!!!! would almost rather have us stink than tease me like this.....dont know if its harder being a Jayhawk or Royals fan :( :( :( :( :(

every year almost at SOME point in the tourney, i think the Hawks are going to win and heart gets broken every year....:( :( :(

Definitely more athletic than Hornacek, but nowhere near as good of a pure shooter as Horny way, nor does he have the passing ability/basketball sense Hornacek had, which was what basically made Hornacek such a good NBA player.

i think Hinrich will be a starter if he can get his shot more consistent and add NBA range whihc i think he will do...

he can guard, plays smart, runs well, jumps well, handles it well (for a 2) and plays the transition very well

think he can be a very solid guard in the league...wont create his own shot or anything much but can complement another outside player very well

i remember last year when scouts were looking at GOoden they all came away awed by Hinrich...werent expecting as much as they got from him

Hoops i disagree about his court sense....the guy rarely makes a mistake in tranisistion....i think that is his forte....just question his shot right now but i think its good enough and if he improves it he will be a good shooter in The League

i had kansas as well and i have reffed tons of games, coached a thousand more, and watched too many to tabulate ... I wanted kansas to win obviously, but i really didnt think the refs had a thing to do with the game ...

12-30 charity tosses ... Mac red hot FH, carmelo too savvy (i know U thought he traveled) and that was about it

maybe you know but, what is Jaysakws FTs % under Roy? the ncaa avg has been 67% for 40 years give or take ...

It seems theyve had trouble thru his regime from stripe

I still say that charge killed KU, It took Big MO out the picture for KU and Syracuse hits a 3 on the other end. Speaking of 3's, Jerry should have won the MVP. I think he was only open 1 time out of those 6 shots and 3 of them were beyond NBA range with someone in his face. KU was 12-30 from the line and still had an opportunity to win it.

Syracuse only scored 28 pts in the 2h, which I think tells us alot about KU's defense.

There's no doubt in my mind that if Miles gets the call and converts the 3 pt play, we might still be playing.

My hats off to all those who went with Syracuse. I would bet Seniors over Freshmen in this game every time. It just bit me in the ass this time.

Thanks for the ride Kansas!!!!
