Kansas/Iowa St total TRAP???

I have been thinking about this total since yesterday. Iowa St come out and scores 97 yesterday. Kansas is one of the highest scoring offenses in the nation. So, that considered, why is the total only 143?

these teams have played 2 times this year and they have scored a combined 137 and 121...

I haven't decided on a play yet, but it looks like a trap to me.

seems to me that one would think that the game would be played in the 130's from this seasons performance......

begs the question...why is total at 143?

i think answer lies in the fact that Kansas blew them out previously....IOwa State playing much better and shooting well....that is reason for higher total....i think Kansas wins 80-70 or something like that....but i think there is a good chance fouling comes into play late....

tend to agree regarding fouling...the problem is that Kansas' defense is a tad bit better than Texas A&M.

Iowa St. has only gone over this number 3 times all year excluding the first three games (Coe College, Mercer, and Jackson State). Those games were Baylor, Texas Tech, and Colorado.

I took the total for 2 Units just because Iowa St. is shooting better like you said but I think the fouling always adds at least ten points especially when you are playing you last game like the cyclones are!!
