My tickker says delay.. What is going on??

Hey, BP. I have the game switched on here, but it's showing a weather delay. I checked the weather channel online, looks like some rough weather on radar, mainly to the west of KC, guessing there's lightning involved.

Which direction do you come from to go to Cities? I live west about an hour, but work in Plymouth twice a week. Spend a lot of time in St. Cloud at school during the week.
