I really liked him as a Jazz but he is totally obnoxious as a Laker.

I guess your not seeing the great defense Malone is playing against Garnett. Didn't Garnett win the MVP?
Malone was brought in to stop/slow down the great powerforwards in the west. Malone is getting the job done and then some.

He is playing great D, but is getting away with alot of clutching and grabbing. Now granted the refs are letting him play that way so more power to him. I was reffering to the fact that he can't make a freakin layup anymore.
I just loved it when the camera caught him winking after he slapped the ball away from Garnett and out of bounds and then on the following inbounds to Garnett, Garnett spun around him and laid it in the bucket leaving Malone stabding there frozen.
I give Malone credit for shutting down Garnett overall though it just pisses me that he's become such a whiner, getting technicals. Its almost like he thinks he is supposed to automatically be given a pass by the refs to get his Ring now that he's a Laker. Overall though he's had a great career and has been upstanding citizen.
