No question about it. He's better at manipulating the right segments of a gullible public at the right times than the Democrats are. He's been as crafty and ruthless as Michael Moore can possibly be. Bush owes pretty much everything to him.
I took the liberty to fix your post for you. Had some mispellings.

Not really sure what Michael Moore has to do with anything, but I enjoyed your revisions nonetheless.

I have no doubt that he knows what it takes to get someone elected, Wayne, but his name is synonymous with most everything that Bush takes heat for these days...which would be detrimental at face value for many.

No doubt the republicans who will need every possible advantage come election time this season will be listening to his "advice" if possible. He certainly has some insight on getting elected. If he can do it quietly, as you suggest, say, via White House e-mails or something that nobody can trace/find...then you'll REALLY have something going for ya.

--and would equally be synonymous--with good economy-low interest rates-low inflation-little unemployment--tilt of supreme court-lower taxes ect

Bout only thing he is taking heat for is war--which as in Truman-Johnson-Nixon--wars pres always take heat.

I would vote for any candidate from either party--if they could guarantee to keep taxes low and inflation-interest rates-economy-employment the same as past 8 years.

However I know mandating pay scales-assault on corps/tax payers with increased taxes will force corprate america to raise price of goods--lay people off--outsource jobs to keep their profits in tact--you don't have to be a econ wizard to know what that will do to interest rates-inflation and employment.

I could get in another pixxing match with you about Rove and all the "great things" he is synonymous with, but since he is leaving, I grow weary of that. There are plenty of worries about the current economy if you care to look at the big picture. There are countless concerns about the activities that have gone on and continue to go on with White House activities. With the war front - not just the traditional heat about the war, but the connections and financial aspects of the white house connections and the money. Anyone with half a brain can figure out the reason behind the suppressed interest rates for so long now - and now we are seeing the repercussions of that. You can claim all is rosy except for the war - I can argue plenty is wrong other than that. But, to your point about voting for whomever...I wonder...

Have you ever voted for a democratic President or Senator/Congressperson in an election? Just wondering...you make such a grandiose statement...maybe you have. Do tell?

Publishers Ponder Book by Karl Rove

"If he's ready to talk about he's been doing, to lay out how he developed his architectural plans and then implemented them and what his vision is, I think that book would have significant readership," says Steve Ross, publisher of the Collins division at HarperCollins and publisher of Sen. Barack Obama's "The Audacity of Hope" when Ross headed the Crown Publishing Group.

Go figure, his son is tucked away nicely in some college. Wouldn't bet he would be serving the country, dad I'm sure learned him well about deferments.
