What's the deal with this line, opened at -3, went up to -7 at some places, now back to -4?

I know Campbell is out, Boller was gonna be the guy then they got Carson Palmer and he's starting.
The line had jumped to -7 after the Palmer deal.

Ahh I just saw on sportsline that Boller is likely the starter now not Palmer, that explains it.
